Every now and then I come across something that is truly inspiring, and these feature story from BBC’s Top Gear is one such story. It is a story of a group of men, who were soldiers, but were retired from the military due to injuries resulting in various amputations. But not wanting to give up on life these guys have got together to form a cross country rally team. Why am I sharing this here, well, it’s simple. I don’t know how many times I’ve heard people say that can’t do something because of something else that is holding them back. Well, these guys have lost legs, arms, and some of their best mates in combat. They have physical and emotional scars that simply don’t disappear. Yet here they are overcoming their problems and engaging in something that you would not think they would be able to do. So watch this video, and please excuse the occasional course language, because this might just challenge you to reconsider something in your own life.
