2023
Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The 2023 AGM is scheduled to take place on Monday, 10 July 2023 at 11.00am at Royal Lancaster London, Lancaster Terrace, London W2 2TY and via an electronic meeting platform.
The AGM will take place as a hybrid meeting with shareholders able to join in person or electronically. The electronic meeting platform enables shareholders to attend the Meeting remotely, watch and hear the proceedings, ask questions and vote on the business of the Meeting, all in real time. To access the electronic platform, please use the link below. Access to the Meeting will be available on the platform from 10.00am on the day of the Meeting.
A link to view the live webcast will also be available on this page nearer the time of the AGM.
Electronic meeting platform
You will be able to pre-register questions from 10.00am on Monday 26 June 2023 until 10.00am on Thursday 6 July 2023. You will need your SRN and PIN (which is the first two and last two digits of your SRN) to access the Lumi platform.

Annual General Meeting
The 2022 AGM took place on Monday, 11 July 2022 at 10.00am at Royal Lancaster London, Lancaster Terrace, London W2 2TY. The meeting was accessible online for shareholders to attend virtually and was also broadcast live.

General Meeting
The General Meeting took place at 12pm on 22 April 2021 at the Company’s Office, 1-3 Strand, London, WC2N 5EH.
A shareholder webcast, pre-recorded ahead of the General Meeting, with an update from the Chairman Sir Peter Gershon and CEO John Pettigrew, along with answers to shareholder questions submitted prior to the deadline of 12pm 20 April 2021 was broadcast for shareholders to watch.
2020
The 2020 AGM took place on Monday 27 July at 1.45pm at National Grid’s Office, 35 Homer Road, Solihull B91 3QJ and was broadcast for shareholders to watch electronically.

The 2019 AGM took place on Monday 29 July 2019 at 11.30am at The ICC, 8 Centenary Square, Birmingham B1 2EA and was broadcast live for shareholders to watch electronically.
